Dealing with spouses who have a drinking problem is a challenge that both Jack and his mother-in-law, Miranda, face. Zoey is Jack’s wife, and she is an alcoholic. He is aware that she is unfaithful to him and has completely lost control of her own body and life. On the other side, Miranda also needs to handle Zoey’s dad’s issue. On New Year’s Eve, Jack and Miranda will have a sexual encounter that may mark the beginning of a new chapter in their relationship.

One thing I always like about Jack Ryder’s stories is that his book covers not only suit the stories, but he makes sure that there is at least one scene that represents the protagonist exactly dressed like the model on the cover. In this case, Miranda is described as having soccer balls size breasts that are silicone enhanced, wearing the same transparent white dress as the model.

The physical characteristics of the key characters are well described by the author, especially the parts that are important in erotica. I always enjoy the impregnation talk in this genre, so its inclusion is a plus in my perspective. Overall, this is a fun erotic tale, but I believe that I have read and appreciated the author’s previous works more than this one. I think there should have been a little bit more chemistry and buildup between Jack and Miranda before they started their intimate affair.
