In this, the final installment of the series, Brady stages a successful comeback. The story starts off exactly where the last book left off. I noticed that, much like the book I read before it, this one does not use quotation marks for the dialogue. I’m not sure what caused this, but as a result, the structure of these two most recent books diverges from that of the other books in the series. Richard Manley is a writer of homosexual erotica that is intended for gay men to read. It is rough, unapologetic, and packed with a lot of heat. I found myself enjoying each and every one of the books in the series. In my opinion, the plot benefited from the participation of each and every character, regardless of how minor their roles were. Although this is the final book in the series, I highly doubt that it will be the last book by this author that I read. The prospect of reading all of his other work fills me with excitement. If you are seeking erotica with a high level of heat, then you may find that you adore this one.

Richard decides it’s time to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city for a while, so he goes to the cabin that his family owns and stays there. Later he decides to spend the night in a motel. It wasn’t until much later that we learned it was a motel for adults with clothing-optional areas! This is a superb setting, both for establishing the story and for generating the mood necessary to maintain its erotic quality as a whole.
At the hotel, Richard has a couple encounters with men who are rather interesting. Despite the fact that he makes an attempt to rein in his impulses, we can all see where this is going to end up. The scene in Richard’s hotel room with Nate is just incredible to read. The author is talented at building up a setting and giving it an intense atmosphere. With Richard having a short bathrobe on and Nate wearing his skimpy swimwear, it is unlikely that the guys will continue to wear them for a considerable amount of time.
The book’s tone is comparable to that of the earlier books in the series. Fans of hardcore content will enjoy the variety of sex scenes that are featured, each with a unique theme. Threesome, group sex, and domination are a few to mention. Remember that the entire narrative takes place in that adult motel, which is the perfect setting for some steamy fun. Something I noticed with this book is the lack of quotation marks for the dialogue. Whether this was done on purpose or simply an editing mistake, I’m not sure. I know that some authors don’t use them, but the previous books had them. I’m glad I’m still getting a kick out of this series. I will keep reading Richard Manley’s books even after I finish this series because he writes excellent gay erotica. One more book to go!

I love the title chosen for the fifth book in the series, “Can’t Say No.” This is exactly how Richard feels. He cannot say no to the men he encounters. I think with every book, he turns into the kind of man I like! The first chapter starts with him explaining how things are going between him and his wife and the arrangement that they agreed to. When Richard goes to his wife’s condo building, he sees a sexy, muscular security guard, so his desires and other things will stir! These men in uniform keep popping up in this series, and I’m not complaining at all.
If you want a very suggestive and erotic dialogue, give it to Richard Manley. I loved the conversation between the protagonist and the security guard. It has everything I expect from dialogue in erotica. I don’t want to spoil it for you. All you need to know is that it is extremely arousing. And with such dialogue comes action, too. You are covered there as well. All good stuff. After the security guard scene, Richard plays a seductive game with his son’s wrestling coach. This one is fantastic too.
One thing I really like about the main character is that he is not hung up on being a top or a bottom. He simply wishes to do whatever feels good and right. He seems like a really attractive and appealing man to me because of his openness and realism. In this part, Brady makes a strong comeback, and later, with other men, they play with Richard in a scene filled with exciting group fun. Can’t Say No is another book I truly enjoyed in this series.

Despite living in his new home, Richard misses the adventures he used to have in his old one. He misses Brady, the cop who used him sexually several times before. In this volume, Richard seems to be more true to himself than before. He knows what he becomes and what he craves. At some point, he clearly describes himself as an animal in heat.
Richard picks up a hitchhiker named Jake. Jake is a young man who is also consumed by desire. It doesn’t take a long time until they are sexually involved. The author’s casualness in writing this scene/chapter made it extremely arousing. The two men are then apprehended by two fishermen, who join in on the action, adding their own lustful dialogue. Richard, being the ravenous oversexed beast that he is, will accept all three men and their loads. And soon another man arrives on the scene and changes the balance of power!
After that, there is another scene in the truck where Richard gets involved with two truckmen, Jed and Wade. Richard begs for breeding, and he gets it from all the men he sexually encounters. Like the previous three books, this one too focuses on the main character having and enjoying all his adventures. The tone is similar; the action is hot, and like the other books, I loved this one too.

This is the third installment of the series, and Richard continues having his sleazy adventures! Richard is back with his wife, and they are moving to a new house. For the sake of the kids, they try to make things work. But there is a big problem. Richard is hooked on sex with men. It has become an addiction. He can’t help it. It is an unfamiliar experience that awakened something he never knew existed inside him. So, throughout the book, you will see him so conflicted in his emotions between making his marriage work or giving in to his carnal desires.
Like the previous books, the narration is smoking hot! Richard is an incredible narrator (The character, it won’t sound wrong to say the author too). He does not hold back. The reader will know all his feelings and desires as he tells them everything explicitly. The first sex scene might sound stereotypical, but it is one of my favorite tropes in erotica being alone with a cop in a deserted place. One has the upper hand and is totally dominant while the other is excited but at the same time unaware of his fate. Such scenes usually are gray and dubious, which makes them exciting. This one starts with the cop, but soon the two are joined by two truckers, and it gets really kinky. And that scene didn’t disappoint at all. It met all my expectations and more.
All the subsequent scenes have the same nasty manly and kinky themes. I loved them all, especially the action scenes with the jock and the nerd. All the action scenes are different from each other, with the man-on-man action being the prevailing feature there. The writing is outstanding for the genre, and I can tell the author has put so much heat and passion while writing this book. I think you will love something here if not everything. I enjoyed it a lot.

First, let me state that I have finished reading the whole series recently so I think I can review the books now without much speculation as to what the next might have or lead to. I loved the first book in the series and that one is already reviewed. It took me a whole year between books one and two for no particular reason. But I am glad I finished this awesome sexy series.
The story is a continuation of book one. You cannot skip any of the books even though the author gives you a kind of summary in subsequent books. We follow Richard, a straight construction worker who experienced his first gay sex, thanks to his cop neighbor’s seduction. The series is all about his descent into men’s depravity. How much he would be able to resist? Will he give in to those animalistic desires?
From the first chapter of this book, Richard seemed to be completely hooked on having sex with men. He says it is addictive and that he has become addicted to it. Not only that but there is some kind of a need to submit to his neighbor and be under his control too! Richard’s first-time sex with another man in a truck stop’s toilet is very hot. First experiences are always special.
When the MC arrives home he finds the truck of the moving men parked in front of his house. His wife was having an argument with them due to a vase they have broken while moving their furniture. Soon the men take Richard to their truck to talk but instead touching and groping start to happen! The two alpha truckers will use Richard. The author keeps his sex scenes very sleazy and piggy. Under Construction 2 continues to build on the first book. I personally loved it more than the first book. The action in this one is more hardcore and explicit. I mean when the author chooses porn star Spencer Reed for his cover he must have a great taste! And his writing must be as hot as his taste in men. The answer is yes! I was not wrong about that 😁. The story’s main theme of straight to gay is arousing and Richard Manley made it more arousing when he made the main character be under the complete influence of his gay neighbor. He was completely under his control and by the end of the book both the men openly revealed this new relationship. The story ends up with someone watching the whole last action scene. The main character does not reveal who was watching but the next book will surely tell. I am certain of who was that person and I like the direction the author is taking this story to. I guess the sequel will be even more steamy than this one! Grab it for some sexy raunchy times.
